Vidya Vandanam is coming to you again this year, on 4th October, 2025 at the newly expanded Sri Shiva Durga Temple in Cumming, GA. This highly anticipated event brings families together to honor the Goddess of Knowledge and seek blessings for a prosperous academic and professional year ahead.
The ceremony will include traditional chants, offerings, and the symbolic placing of books and instruments of learning before the deity. It is a beautiful way for students of all ages, as well as working professionals, to connect with their roots and dedicate their efforts to a higher purpose.
Following the rituals, there will be a community feast (Prasadam) and brief cultural performances by the youth of KHGA. We encourage everyone to arrive early and participate in the full spectrum of activities planned for the day.
